You are using Energy Coupler, that mod is so old I don't even think it works anymore, try getting rid of that and picking up a different transformers mod

That's the exact same one that's in the original post, why are you getting it through cmd? There should a file in your .minecraft folder titled ForgeModLoader-client-1 containing the full error log, the one you posted doesn't show the top half that shows what mods you have and what one produced the error. -
Yeah... This E-net problem makes 1.106 completely unplayable for me.
Obvious solution, grab 1.107...

I seriously don't get how this happens so often, and by so often I mean about one in 30 servers, so not really that often, but still above 0 and therefore too often, "Please pay attention on where you put your topics! (IC² doesn't belong into IC)" is on the top of every page in the site for a reason

Ok, now I will have to wait until I get the bees that use IC2 to see if I should completely remove them or if just deleting the ic2 folder inside is enough...
Many people have problems with that mod and IC2 addons, I believe in the past just deleting the IC2 folder was enough to stop the class not found problem.

passinglurker had some good links in this thread , although if I remember they are a mix of modloader(which should be compatible with Forge) and straight up Forge, if you can make anything of it, there is also the Forge API documentation here.

Also, I doubt a forge version mismatch could cause a "Class not found" on ic2.platform.NetworkManager
A class or method not found error is typically fixed by this, my guess, Extra Bees

There is no way to get it to work in SMP, just download the 1.107 beta, it has a fix for that
