If you have confirmed (or are ENTIRELY sure) it's a bug, please take the time to ensure it hasn't been brought up before, because, in most cases, it was already brought up. Keep in mind, you're one of thousand people playing this

Did you read the thread on crops? Your plants aren't breeding because you have to plant crop sticks on crop sticks to indicate that they should breed, also I'm pretty certain that crop-matron is out of range of those plants
EDIT: Nevermind about the crop-matron, I counted the blocks incorrectly

Are you certain you are are applying a redstone signal to the engine?

Due to the guy that says he got redwheat from two wheats, is the tier system a set thing, or can people get lucky and breed plants many levels above the tier of the parent plants combined +1?
I am going to make a server and I need instructions.
I'm not certain, but this probably belongs in support. This assumes you know how to port forward, if you don't, feel free to ask
1. Create folder on desktop
2. Grab minecraft_server.jar from minecraft.net
3. Put the .jar in the folder
4. Drop the latest version of Forge universal into the minecraft_server.jar in the folder
5. Do NOT delete META-INF
6. Run the server
7. Drop any mods you want on it into the newly created mods folder
8. Enjoy
Also, you do know NEI can be made so people can't pull things out of it and only see recipes, right?

the latest version of forge (whatever that is)

From your description, my guess is here , in the future (or if that doesn't work) post an error log, most of the time not much or nothing can be done without an error log
I had to change the block id's in the portalgun and computercraft configs to make it work but everything else works just fine

You have to apply a direct redstone signal to the reactor, I'm pretty certain that was stated in that thread
EDIT: It was even bolded, just skimming through it, it's hard to miss
Be advised that, for your own security, Uranium cells do only do 'something' when the reactor is receiving a direct redstone signal.

As well, lower-tier plants have trouble breeding into anything above their-tier+1
Redwheat - Tier VI
Wheat - Tier I
Last I checked (Tier I + Tier I)+1 != Tier VI
Either you got extremely lucky, did not actually produce redwheat from two wheats, or we aren't understanding something about the current mechanics of agriculture.
The mod compatibility with all these other tekkit mods is properly horrible.
That's why I just strongly recommend installing the mods yourself, if you're tired of making modpacks and doing similar things, why not use MultiMC?
I do not understand why you change some recipes from the old stuff (macerator, quarry, ... ), i really like this mod, it is awezome, but i dont want to go to the nether on the start for make the macerator, i like the old recipes just as were, if you want to do crazy stuff like a nuclear macerator i love it, but i dont like the new recipes for main mods...
Do people not know how to read anymore? Damn people, the config file exists for a reason, this is listed in the original post as well as after literally every person like you has stated that they want old recipes back.

In file config should no nerf mass fabricator , i don't like Equivalnet Exchange but this mod is shit, you nerf my industrial craft, you force your fusion reactor i don't like this
I'm certain Greg will mourn for the loss of a download by someone that can't use a config file or appreciate the work that went into this addon
