Itemaprite isn´t compatibel with minecraft forge

And i don´t think the BetterthanWolves Mod is compatibel with IC²/Minecraft Forge

EDIT: Ups you only get a ID Conflict, try to change the machine block in the ic² config

When a Buildcraft pipe is betwenn the mining pipe and a ore (or maybe it crash when the pipe is under the miner too, haven´t tried it) it will mine it. That result in a Saving Chunks Error. Now you can´t open the world anymore, because of the error the bc pipe is still there and the miner mine it again (takes like 0.1 sec) then you get the same error again.
The only thing that worked to reapir the world is to delete all pipes near the miner withMCEdit.

i had a very similar problem a few days ago ...
reinstalling the mods with a fresh jar seems to solve the issue
but i think you should first try to update you java to version 7

sometimes i have a simmilar prbolem, i start minecraft and there are no sounds
but restarting minecraft seems to help
But because i always play with Mods i don´t know if thats in vanilla too
