I launch my mc with a batch and have seen thi error sometimes in the past (ic² 1337) when i opened tmi ( <-- pls dont flame me, only for testing if all mods are installed correctly )
So ... have you installed Toomanyitems ?

Wich kind of cable have you used ? (Windmills dont produce so much energy, you should use tin cables)
Was the cable connectet to a batbox ? (Generators only send energy when needed)

... no ?

That would take days to programm that and weeks to fill the book with informations
And why do you need this informations ingame ?
Simply read the tutorials/guides here in the forum and THEN play ic²

And this Modloader MP 1.7.3 works with IC² 1.23 ? o_O
But still try to delete your old addons (in the mods folder) that should do the trick

They only Spawn when i move away from my base and return after some time

That's a good idea
ALL Mob Drops should be getable from scrapboxes, because 1.8 has messed around with the mob spawning code
