so this happened today, and needless to say i had to reinstall MC
Did you know that this contains nothing more!
Do you mean I would need a free Anti-Virus-Program or am an Idiot(Which I obviously am, since I am asking this.)
I believe this claim contains about the same.
added PDF version
Requirement for the project was for it to be done in ppt.
I really appreciate the effort that goes into something like this - I just signed up here because I'm trying to find information on how to build IC2 reactors.
I have a problem, however - it's more my problem than Inucune's problem, but perhaps someone can assist somehow.
I use OpenOffice for my powerpoint viewer, and when I open the file, all the text is in black, and it's on a black background. Obviously this makes the document almost unreadable. I cannot seem to figure out a way to instantly change all the text in the document to another color. Can anyone assist with OpenOffice advice or something else that might help? Thanks!! And even if I don't get this fixed, thanks to Inucune for his efforts in trying to help other people figure all this IC2 stuff out, which can be quite baffling sometimes.
i just opened it in openoffice, and it does look bad. i'll try and get a PDF version up later today.
Im just going to leave these links here for those of you who now most likely need them:
MBAM:http://www.bleepingcomputer.co…alwarebytes-anti-malware/
REVO:http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/revo-uninstaller/
i do. i think the 'machine halting' sound needs changed.
optifine(in most cases), drop the graphics, and disable anti-aliasing.
so...lithium...got use?
My "Owner's Manual" has been posted. I put it in Media section but perhaps it should have been in the engineering->tutorial section...
anyway, enjoy link
So for a final project in class, I made an IC2 Nuclear Reactor Owner's manual (powerpoint). While it doesn't cover everything, i thought it might be useful for new users to quickly learn how reactors work in IC2. Feel free to update and add information as needed. I just ask that you add your name to the acknowledgements and not the front page if you do so.
I personally think both sides are overreacting. If his version of jetpacks are not a carbon-copy or obviously a copy with every instance of [variable] renamed, then i don't see the problem with 'hey, that's a nifty way of doing that.'
To me, this would be like going after BC for having copper and tin blocks.
I've done programming, 90% of programming is Googling examples of code someone else has written, then adjusting it to your needs. IDEALLY you should credit your sources in-line in code when you do so.
That said, a 'while' loop is a while loop.
If it is such a big issue, then break from forge, obscure your code with encryption and other nonsense, and fashion yourself a nice tinfoil hat. Nothing ruins something faster than dumping politics and worse legal battles into it.
while we are ranting...i love buildcraft, but as both vanilla and BC update, it becomes painstakingly harder to find cactus, and i find myself cheating it in more and more. i searched a 10k block radius around my base (i run largebiomes) and found no cactus. forestry is not updated yet so i can't use bees for pipe sealant. IMO, i would like to be able to use a mixture of sticky resin and a compressed plant ball to make pipe sealant. suggestions?
yeah...about your unicorn...
breed a full peice and 1 tiny. scan, then replicate as needed.
NEXT!
Ok, i've hit a bump in my IC2 Reactor final project. I need the heat/eu generation equation for MOX cells, and i can't seem to find it on the forum(i've seen it somewhere, just can't remember where.) could someone please PM me it or post it please?
Thanks.
Edit: found it.
Later edit instead of double post:
So i just finished the powerpoint, which i will upload in all its glory to the forum later this week. Just as a teaser, here is the 'cherry' on the cake as far as i was concerned:
also not feasible. once again if i put a quarry in, it requires a diamond gear. how far back would you have it trace? how would it trace? i can make a wood block by combining 2 slabs, but make slabs by placing 3 wooden blocks in a line(circular recipe)
RTG. not reactor chamber.
a lone reactor chamber would be quite the feat.
