Also, "proper" default values for dense fuel, gaseous fuel and "normal" fuel (and additional fuels) are more than welcome. I'm still figuring them out myself.
I think you messed with code, so game only affects only second variable

Your mod makes from 1000 ml fuel dense - 2k eu, light fuel - 16k eu, gaseus - 8k
Accordlingly to https://ftbwiki.org/Oil_Processing_(BuildCraft)
And make in mind eu to mj coefficient = 1 eu:2.5 mj
So correct values needed to be:
fuel dense - 48k eu,
light fuel - 24k eu,
gaseus - 6k eu
Don't know what about eu/t but think 8, 16, 32 shood be fine
