Will these machines be upgradable?

The newest IC2 (not 1.9.7) now has input sides for each invidual item. Read the changelog on the Industrialcraft wiki.

There is an addon for 1.9.7 which adds a quantum armor suit which lets you fly, protects you and recharges your tools. Go to here.
It is VERY expensive to make though.

About that error log, someone else also got that error. Maybe did IC2 not load first and thus the recipes wouldn't work if the resources couldn't be found.

Wow, this is something I really wanted, but sadly I can't use this addon yet, because all the other addons I use aren't updated to 1.9.7 yet :(. But this is just a GREAT addon!

And maybe an idea for another backpack, how about something nuclear?

Recipe:

It works basically as an nuclear reactor where you put in uranium cells and coolants, but it works also just like an MFSU, where you can charge and recharge items, lapotrons and stuff. It has a maximum storage of 50m EU and it recharges electrical items just like a batpack.

Now I have a more Iron Man feeling with this. It's something like the interface in the helmet that shows how much power there's left in the suit (in this case, Nanosuit and Quantumsuit) .

It is a problem with the newest Forge. Go to the previous pages and you'll see that you're not the only one.

So, should I download the files on Github as a zip and use that?
