Which Pipes? Industrialcraft has no Pipes.
Oh, it seems that the mod is actually buildcraft. I am using tekkit, and in a video I watched somebody said that the pipes were part of IC.

Is it possible to have a T- shape pipe with one input and two outputs, so that everything going through is split roughly 50-50?
