So I fixed both iterations of the bug. Crisis averted.

I don't really know. I fixed a bug where drained tools did not charge from the batpack when used, not stopping to recharge after swapping batpacks.

Fixed: plantballs, TE removal from enet (no "dirty" thing yet), rubber sapling drop chance (apples already fixed), CFS clientsiding, slowsand drill speed (crops are supposed to work), superheat fixed but not notified to anyone, drill damage
Cable duplication is caused by ghosting. NVG issues are caused due to a client only method but fixed using reflection. Scaffolds are not working the way they should I don't know why.

We still have a bunch of unit tests made by drashian but those were never used or updated since beta 1.8.1.

If you really miss CASUC, you can create designs that exceed 2100 EU/t, but mind the little bit of maintenance that is refilling the LZH condensers.

We actually lost means to build it, and the 1.3 side is getting complicated because even being very specific about removing the TE on block removal still results in ghosts for 10% of the userbase.

Shearing broke due to a event source/target mishap (it tried to shear the player itself in short) but has been fixed.
EDIT:
Time to go radical. Kane, are you interested in a debug build which has some prints when the block break event is fired? Should definitely help me diagnose.

Batpacks giving armor points is an extremely temper situation where I blame Forge. Back in 1.2.5 it was giving armor points even when the code told it specifically not to, then all of a sudden it worked again, and now in 1.3.2 it is not working again.
On bad drill recharging, see the thread reporting that bug.

I must have broken that while trying to figure out why were drills breaking. Turned out vanilla Minecraft added a hook to damage tools.

There will be a hotfix but nothing related to sounds unless Player fixes them.

Known, the redstone button broke, related to the current bugs with machine orienting on login and crashes related to key updates

You can, the refilling recipe is shapeless component plus any amount of refilling ingredient.
