It's a vanilla Minecraft error, may happen out of nowhere if your level.dat got reset, messing up the seed.
Might also be corrupted chunks, try this tool, it should help: https://github.com/Fenixin/Minecraft-Region-Fixer/downloads

Are you sure you are using ModLoaderMP Server v2.1? Try downloading it from the adfly link, the direct link is wrong.
