How many people are on the server now? I played a while back, but found it laggy. Now that it is dedicated server and has computercraft, I am interested in joining. This might be temporary, therefore I don't want to be on a crowded server where I will have to compete for resources.


Nevermind that last comment, I saw that there is MystCraft. Who knows, this might become my new normal server.

When I left the server, I said I would be back in a few days. Due to school, this turned out to be not true. I have decided I will not be back until the server is fully on 1.32 with all the mods (hopefully minus EE). I had formed a partnership with CrimsonKnight and Chazzy. They can have my stuff that is in my chests. Best of luck and be back soon!

I like the Leaf Blower for the original post. I don't think it should be called a Vortex Cannon. It would go along well with chainsaw, both being common landscaping tools. I also like that it will have a PVP use, as a massive pushback device. I think 500 eu per use would be good.(That way you only get between 10 and 20 shots off.)

On an unrelated note, perhaps you could clean up the grammar in the first post. For example, I believe its called Industrium Conflict, not Industrial Conflict.

Construction foam is messy, plus, then I would have to set the dried construction foam texture to my material that surrounds the cable, which makes the foam look ugly in other applications. I know I can paint construction foam, but I want it to blend in perfectly.

Greg, would it be hard for you to make an addon that includes 2 new cable types? First is a splitter cable that works via "is block indirectly powered?", so that it will work with any redstone signal and be able to accept EV through use of an HV transformer in the recipe. The last suggestion is a full block cable. It would have bounding/hit box the same size as a normal block, it would carry up to 512eu/t, and the textures for the top and bottom could be, say stone bricks. (This could easily be changed by simply having the user replace 1 texture.) The recipe might be 8 stone bricks around a glass fibre cable equals 1 camo cable. These 2 cables would solve 2 currently existing issues in IC2, those being unable to hide cables and use splitter cables in a confined space.

UU Assembler? Damn, my mods list keeps growing, lucky just about all 1.25 mods are working with Forge 152. So what, it's a bit like the Forestry Carpenter, that it has a small internal storage and you lay out the recipe and input power? That would be great.

Yup, I believe all you have to do is install Modloader MP first, then let Forge overwrite any classes it needs.

The server is acting funny, I was getting a communication error, then when I got on, about 15 secs later, I got a Read Timed Out error.

That should work, I am fairly certain that only what is visible is rendered, However I believe there settings in Optifine to change that.

The BC IC2 crossover won't work with IC2 1.97, thats why I crashed when I placed down a Petro-Chemical Generator when playing Wrenched.

Dude, with RP2 adding Frames, Tunnel Bores with much more flexibility and functionality can now be created. I had made an attempt porting this mod to 1.25 from 1.1, however I only managed to resolve about 3/4 of the errors recompiling spat out. It will take someone with more experience than me to port this.

Ok, because Ajj, used his Mass Fab to get the materials, and was going to craft it himself, at least that was the impression he gave.

Ok, I am enjoying the server so far. However, I have been informed that the SwiftWolf's Rending Gale is only craftable by VIP's. I have also learned that you can become a VIP by paying $10 or making a video of the server that gets 100 views. Therefore, I think that perhaps you should install the Gravisuit addon, which allows flight, and is rather balenced by the amount of energy it takes to make and use it. Another option that I felt was reasonable, is that after 1 month of playing on the server, you also gain the ability to craft the Swiftwolf's Rending Gale.

My last question, are there any other items that are VIP only?

I am ready to play on the server, got the modpack installed, some of the mods are outdated, you should consider updating if possible.

Ok, I understand that, and it's actually a good idea. I was wondering if you were considering adding MystCraft, so that people could have there own dimensions and not have to mine the (Place other then Heavan) out of the Overworld.

Your modlist says that Transmuting and Collecting of Energy is diabled, so what is the use of the mod?
