My guess for why the noobs have disappeared is that people just moved to FTB and energy conduits as they are completely foolproof and trivial to use.
Also, I'd prefer if mods weren't targeted to them and therefore cut potentially interesting features.
I actually liked the balanced way of IC² back in 1.2.5, but of course, I would, like everyone here, like anything better!

The response was short and to- the- point: a zero- point bomb (now illegal, usage is construed as mass terrorism). Later, Bolts fired a Chaos Bomb at the Minecraftian Orbital Defense Platform, for experimental purposes. Later, he explicitly allied himself with the defenders of Minecraftia, and killed Chaos six times before the spambot threat was averted. The universe reset, Bolts developed an airship, The Veil of Daybreak, later sacrificed in a successful attempt to destroy a Spambot Carrier. He continues working to this moment, but he's also on vacation in Newpool.

Do you really think he will restart his probably half way completed E-Net Development for something thats kinda difficult to script, and probably to difficult for the majority of palyers(Most notably including Direwolf20)? Not that I would dislike something really realistic, I just say that its very unlikely to ever happen.
I actually think the last thing we need is a revamped power system. Its quiet some time ago since the last N00b asked about how Packets and stuffs work, and I think a new system would, well, cause the N00bs to play Zergrush. With the IC² Forum being that weird Psionic Emitter Thingy one needs to bring right into the enemy base.

I have a setup with a sheep sitting in a small room on a pressure plate next to the reactor (unstable).

This AddOn is junk. Luminators are really usefull, but with you all using cheaty mods from diiferent FTB Packs, you won't need them ever anyway. Well, the time will come where people see how usefull luminatord are again!
So, the Borg Textures seems to be very well! But the Drones looks kind of Nazi when theywalk around with their extended Assimilation Tubules.
i fixed the download, and i will remove skelletons from the list in the next release.

You should remove Skeltons. You know, just bones cannot be assimilate; there is no blood for Nanoprobes to be injected.
