Why do you all want bufferless Luminators? Guess what happens if you have no energy and no light. Something bad. But if you have no energy but two days to fix it untiul monsters spawn, you will be more likely to survive.

But luminators have this ''effect'' where they consume sh*t-tons of power, to do nothing really but build up their massive internal storage (100k EU, I think it is?)... A simpler 16 orso EU storage would be much better, as all you'd have to do is flip a switch to turn the lights on or off nearly simultaneously, and you don't have to run 5 nuclear reactors at 2,337 EU/t to fill up the storage in your house's lamps.
I think the buffer is a very good and usefull thing, as it, or example, allows you to power Luminators with Solars without as many Batboxes inbetween.

Second I really only did this because for the most ic2 IS dead. I've been since the absolute first release and this is the first time Albaka has went 6 months without even metioning IC2 on his blog. There has been an update in longer than 7 month. Even one simple enough to be compatible with Minecraft updates. I really dont care if I get banned. Bye

Also, Applied Energistics replaces most of the kludgy auto-crafting automation. While it may not replace 100% of your item transportation, it does solve most of your sorting and storage issues as well as auto-crafting, even with other mod's machines.

You should build a Windmill, some Solars and some Capacitors, so you will never run out of energy. And as Redpower connects evrything to everything, you will, over the time, use more and more of the energy produced.
Idea for you: Industrial Replicator. A Machine which instant Crafts/Processes Materials. That Device is also in Star Trek, so why not adding it?
