As far as I know, the capes were made by RichardG. RichardG, also made the Blacklist. But RichardG did not made <Usefull Feature>.

Again, it takes 12 Tin and 36 Copper and electricity and basic machines to make, which is, especially with Gregtech, not that cheap.

Yes, Mojang has a Folder for every Player. If they add a Cape for a Player they just put a copy of the Cape into the Playerf

@bove AE is the best mod for systems and Gregtech(Cheaper and better for smaller automation, that should not use the system up, but laggier) is very well for smaller stuff, like usless Biofuelfactories.
