PVP is a BATTLE! Its sence of pvp server!!!!
When you want battle, then you mustnt let the players build a base for maing their suits. FOr making a quantumsuit, you need at least 1 Ingame-Month without enemy players, so if they should battle, they can. -
Iam have PVP server!!! When players have quantum armor - then can't die! pvp of 2-3 hours is madness!
They can be for example be killed by tesla coil, or when their armor is empty(Out of energy). -
Your uestion doesnt make sense. When players can get the quantum aromor, they are quiet enddgame or using hacks/bugs.

On my server, players craft it on 2-3 day of game! Help me! Pvp don't have sence with it
I think they are using hacks, normally it takes longer, or they played 24 Hours! -
You could disable the Quantumsuit. But it makes no sense to make a endgamearmor badder, it is exspensive enough for that protetion.
