ic2 on MC 1.6.4 incompatible with mekanism?

i decided to update to 1.6.4 an update the mods i had installed, but when i had to install mekanism for things that the game couldn't find like battery and steel ingot, the game crashes on loading with the error report

if this is not ic2 i don't know where to post things for mekanism but ic2 appeared in there so i assumed it was some form of confliction

Either update Forge or IC2 or Mekanism- they both work great for me in 1.6.4

ic2 on MC 1.6.4 incompatible with mekanism?
