Hey there! I love making modpacks but i often get problems like this

Are you on 1.6.4?
Also, the problem seems to be an ID-conflict with fluids and buildcraft is the one getting the error. Do you have any other mods that add oil? Seems like some other mod has set the block-id of oil to something different than what buildcraft expects.

Hmm, i think it's railcraft that adds another type off Oil. Gonna change the Railcraft config a bit and see if it works.

By reading the error, I think you're not posting in the right section. The problem is that Buildcraft wants to assign the ID 3978 to oil, but it was already set to 1530. So, it gets an error for a reason I do not know. So you might have to check you configs in order to see if you had set the ID to 3978.
Also, you should post on BC's forums. Here you'll get no help.Alson you should consider updating your IC2 version: 397 is the right one for 1.6.4.
