Hi i just made the Quantum Boots and they dont make me jump higher nor dampen fall dmg 
Do i need to activate them somehow? If so how?

Hold the <Ctrl> key when jumping to activate the higher jump. (Same for the legs)
They should automatically reduce fall damage, but I believe if its a REALLY long fall you still take some.
