I tried to make room from obsidian with lamps from ic2exp connected with tin cable. Then i have sprayed cables with cf sprayer. But foam not hardenning more then 3 ingame days:

Foam hardens quicker in high light levels. Make sure it's bright enough in your room.If you're too impatient, right-click foam with sand.

when i disconnected/connected again it just dissapeared
