Also, what OS are you using? You may have to change the .jar to a .zip, add the files, and then change it back to a .jar .

You have to leave META-INF in the server's JAR, or it is considered corrupt. This is the opposite of the Minecraft JAR, which you have to delete it to mod it.

No sir. Tried with 7-Zip, it said not implemented.

I would suggest trying a different archiving program.

Alright, i have both up and running, how do i do it with Bukkit?
You can't. IC is currently not supported by Bukkit.
