Is it possible, for a Lightning Rod, that uses EV power in order to act like a Tesla Coil? Well, there could be a troll in it, but I don't know what the troll could be. Maybe lightning destroys it? Of course, this is not the Lightning Rod that made Albaka rage 
and say that the next person who made a Lightning Rod (that collects power) would be banned. This is the Lightning Rod that will be usable for combat, just have EV going through it and run, REALLY FAST!
