Macerator with Ejector Upgrade and mounted hopper in top. If hopper inventory is empty, Macerator places Crushed Ore back into the hopper. I think it is incorrect behaviour.
If you don't set the ejector upgrade's direction, it will just eject to any available inventory. Shift right click it in your hand on the block face you want it to eject from.
