It's really not designed to be, and there are bound to be issues with linking and keeping the translated pages up to date with the English ones. I guess I could check out how other wikis do it, and see if there's a simple/good common solution.
EDIT: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Translate is what I'd suggest, but the links would still default to the English pages, and if it was just Portuguese alongside English, it might be overkill
