[SUGGESTION] Could the planned Luminator be multi-tier?

Everything is in the subject. I would like to suggest that the luminator, when ported into IC2, be able to handle HV, or maybe even EV?

So when a very long line of luminators throughout a stronghold would be set up, one wouldn't need to wire up a bank of luminators with a MV & LV. Oh, and I again freely admit that I'm really itching to set up a ground-to-buildlimit obelisk of luminators
