So i have made my first Refined Iron, but i can't turn it into a Refined Iron Plate (for making the Lathing Tool).
I can make plates of iron and tin and all that, but not Refined Iron. Using a Forge Hammer and a Refined Iron Ingot in the crafting table.
Am i doing something wrong here?
I am on a 1.7.10 server with Industrialcraft 2.2.717 experimental and buildcraft 7.0.9

You have to use a Metal Former to make refined iron plates, a normal forge hammer won't cut it.

A normal forge hammer won't cut it.
A normal Forge hammer won't hammer it.
But a cutter won't cut it anyways, so it doesn't matter.
