Suggestion: High-Tier portable recharge

    Simply, allow Energy Crystals and/or lapotron crystals to be able to perform a portable recharge on the Nanosuit, Nanosaber, Mining Laser, and Quantum Suit.

    I at least think there should be a way to recharge the mining laser, because it just isn't useful with its tiny EU storage. The others, I can see why he'd say no, but the mining laser needs it.
