Can't make IC2Coolant

    Hello, I've been trying to make IC2 Coolant cells and it has just not been working. I have the Fluid/Solid Canning machine, set to Fluid Enrich. Water is in the left tank as well. I am not however allowed to put Lapis in (with/without Empty cells inside). NEI says the only way to get a coolant cell is through using a Fluid Transposer with Coolant in it. It also says the only way to get IC2 Coolant is through dumping a Coolant cell into the Fluid Transposer. I'm really quite lost and don't know what's wrong.

    You have to use lapis dust rather than lapis itself to make coolant. When you use water, one bucket needs 8 lapis dust to make a bucket's worth of coolant. When you use distilled water, one bucket only needs a single lapis dust to make a bucket's worth of coolant.

    145 Mods isn't too many. 9 types of copper and 8 types of tin aren't too many. 3 types of coffee though?
