Is there a better way I could arrange my stuff?

 It all depends on what you set your priorities to, so a cool arrangement for one use case might be completely garbage for another. I'd say just do whatever is most fun for you to do and do what you need.

			Yeah I was thinking on energy flow, I mean, I've noticed that some times the machines farther receive less energy sometimes, idk why.

 irl, energy uses the way of least resistance. Further away means more resistance.

			Well, hmm, like, in real life, i know that there is voltage, and amperage, the amps means like, how many appliances I can serve on the same power line, how do add more amperage on my power line, so I can supply more machines at the same time? or that is not applicable ?

 By having multiple machines, that supply power on the same part of the energy network. So more generators / downtransformers / etc.

 yes the logic should apply. Depending on what version you're using, each transformer might only let 32v/1a through.
