So, after some research I've come up with a simple design to harvest Lava.

The Pump is provided by:

The good thing about this Pump is that it replaces the non-source lava blocks with stone, to reduce the lag, and the way it works, it grabs all the lava, like, all of it, never seen such pump before, and its quite fast, like IC2 Pump on 4 Overclocks.
Those Pumps use FE as energy, so was needed to convert EU to FE, transformers provided by:

The Drum is optional, you can use something else or even attach the IC2 Pump directly to the Ranged Pump and use Universal Cells instead. The Drum is provided by:

And so does that Ward on top, also optional, you can use IC2 Chunk Loader.
A cable is needed to carry the FE to the Pump, I've used Immersive Engineering for that, but I believe that there is some other mod that can provide Cables that transfer FE, also I'm using IE just for that specific part, if anyone knows any other mod that have only FE cables or something with less features than IE give me tip.
