Crashing when i starting it

Hello, 5 minutes ago i downloaded 1.12.2 7.99 beta version AND when i starting minecraft:

IndustrialCraft 2 Error

The IC2 conifg file contains an invalid entry for balance/recyclerBlacklist.

Invalid valueat line 183 (recyclerBlacklist = minecraft:glass_pane,minecraft:stick,

minecraft:snowball, minecraft:snow_layer, minecraft:snow, IC2:blockScaffold).

There is no item matching IC2:blockScaffold)

Go into the config folder and delete the IC2.ini file. It should regenerate correctly when you next load the game.
