Changing Damage Output Of Weapons?

I made a modpack not too long ago and its based mostly off of tfc but me and my admin threw in some tech mods to make it more fun and the adventure last longer, is there a way to modify damage output of say the nano saber? were just trying to match damage of say the mid tier sword which outputs 240 damage, most mobs have around 1000 to 2000 hp. id appreciate the help.

im just talking a way to change it period, my problem is im running whatever curseforge sees best on mc version 1.7.10
