Looking for the Charging Bench AddOn for IC2 1.0 (Beta 1.7.3)

This is the original forum thread, but it seems that the version Im looking for is no longer available.

[AddOn v1.90] Charging Bench v1.90-1

The oldest file I can find is for Beta 1.8.1

I tried to contact Drashian, the creator of the addon without luck, so I have to ask here if anyone has it archived.
