well I don't know where someone should go for that. My only idea is to visit the discord I linked and ask Speiger over there since he has connections to the IC2 devs, so he probably knows.

Currently ic2 is migrating language files to a higher version format. When this work is complete we will have a crowdin project open to everyone. You can then contribute to ic2's translations there. Thank you for your attention and support, but please be patient so far.
