Partially filled Cells

    Compressor not accept partially filled Cells with compressed air for refill to full.


    Partially filled Cell not extract compressed air with right-click.


    Maybe this spread to other fluid, I not test.

    So what's the problem? Put the capsule in the Bottling Plant or click RMB on IC2 Tank and drain the remaining oxygen (if we're talking about the Experimental version)
