Suggestion: Mining Laser Weapon Mode

Name: Mining laser weapon mode

Description: A new mode on the mining laser. Same range as the current mining mode, but uses 1/3rd as much energy. cannot deal any damage to the terrain, but will deal damage to mobs.

So I can use it as a ranged weapon without fear of making the landscape into swiss cheese.

i will say same range as long range mode so it become more like a laser rifle.
or make a new item... LAZER BOW

AFAIK the long range mode is intended as combat mode ... Not saying it's working out though

Mining Laser is meant for lazor-mining. You can use it as a makeshift weapon, but don't exspect any combat-designed functions.
