I hooked up my compressor and it indicates it is fully powered but when I put in the carbon fibers to compress nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug/glitch?

are you putting combined carbon fibers in? Have you tried metal alloy, or something of that effect. Try placing a plantball in there.

Ok I am officially an idiot!!! Forgot to combine the fibers into the mesh before putting them in the compressor lol Thanks for the help
