the recipe that requires a sprayer water redstone and gunpowder to produe cement blocks (i think thats thier name) well the only way to make that recipe work is with a spawned sprayer otherwise the recipe doesnt work

Jep, it's an issue with the sprayer ID overlapping the CLAY DUST ID, typo. Actually the recipe is meant to use water, dusts and clay dust to create foam, which can be compressed into pellets to be loaded into the sprayer.
