Whenever I put down a block from IC2 in SMP, there's a small chance the block eventually will turn into looking like an iron block. It only requires a reconnect for me to fix it, but it's still annoying.

Off of the top of my head, it's Eloraam and SpaceToad that have started and have been working on Forge. It's an open-source project, but they're the leaders.
