I have to agree here, it may seem steep from a just-signed-in-user-newb, but i have done a bit of html and web design, not much though. and i must say that the tabs to forums look a bit messy, well, not the right word, but it doesn´t ´feel´ right.
On the other hand, if it´s not broken, don´t fix it. i bet theres other, way more important things to focus on.
im open for changes but i like that design at the moment and if you dont say me another good idea, i wont change it

fixed it now on 80% width
Click the image to see it better. It's set to like 50-60% width and changed some of the colors to look better on the eyes. Makes the mini profiles so much easier to read as well.
i cant change the one light grey to dark, because then the mainpage would look extremly boring
