Support Request: IC2 Jar doesn't work.

When I try running the IC2 jar file for 1.23 it says that it cannot find the Class Manifest. Can an alternate file be provided with the old method of dragging and dropping contents into your Jar?

... You're not meant to execute it or actually do ANYTHING with it, except for copying it into your .minecraft/mods folder

Or opening the jar file as a zip file and extract your MC Jar if you really want. But really now you drag the ic jar into mods folder and your golden.
