I installed Modloader, ModloaderMP, and forge and the game worked perfectly. I have no other mods, and when I put the IC2.jar in the mods folder, Minecraft works until the mojang screen. The mojang symbol shows up then a windows error message says "Java Platform (SE) Binary has stopped working" and minecraft crashes. No modloader errors or anything and It only happens if I try to load IC2.

Run the game via command prompt so we can at least see where it went wrong.

Click "More Information" and get us the additional info. Might be an OpenAL crash.

While trying it with fresh jars and stuff, I found out that somehow the newest version of lwjgl was causing the crash. I updated mine and when I got a fresh jar, I left it alone as a test and now it works. Tried it with newest again and it crashed again. So the newest version of lwjgl was somehow causing me to crash.
