[Minor Bug][1.23] - Glass Fiber cables block sunlight.

Just what the subject header reads, The glass fiber cables block sunlight from entering the solar panels. Any way to make it "see through"?

why should not they? they will be acting like a prism IF they werent actually isolated from environment
and if they not, they just would dissipate the charge extremly fast

either way, not a bug

sunlight check is hardcoded for

block.air (0)
glass and armored glass

any other block ever if it 100% transperent will block sunlight, torchest signpost leaves any type of any other mod added glass.

Afaik player recently (past 1.23) rewrote the code to use a more efficient basecode way of determining sunlight. If a block is lighted up by the sun, solar panels will work on that spot.
