Okay so i got this crazy idea some time ago, and i wanted to make the add-on myself, when i realized i couldn't(not only because of lack of experience 
)
anyway so i wanted to first, make some kind of cable that only transmits power when Redstone current is power to it. 
also i wanted the opposite, so that whenever EU goes thru the cable it powers Redstone.
and my second idea was about this block that reads the EU in the BatBox,MFE and MFS. then you can set it to: if the EU in the Storage is greater than or lesser than some number, then it send Redstone power.
that was all my ideas, if you need any more info, please ask
