[BUG 1.43] Mining pipe duplication

    I did not see this posted yet. On my SMP server we discovered that after a miner deploys all of its pipe, then if you remove the pipe manually with a pickaxe/drill/etc., and retract the pipe it will give you the pipe that you already removed.

    In my world, I downloaded the new IC2 version, got up a whole bunch of crossbreeders going, and thought to myself "This is going to take a while. Wasn't there an abandoned mineshaft not far from my workshop?"
