Ahaha, okay. There is a community-run Soartex texture pack for IC2, but it's not done yet.
Edit: Looks like you already have the link, like I said, the pack is far from done yet unfortunately.

If you're still interested, Soartex Fanver will be releasing a massive update to IC tomorrow. All blocks are complete, all GUIs are complete, many items are complete and many crops are complete. It will be a part of the 10.9 Nether and IC2 update.
