Allow for any currently online / whitelisted user (I would think it's possible to obtain these two lists easily) to be added to a personal safe's get/put OK lists / switch owner (track last owner for admins).
Would be useful for semi-public servers, as opposed to the totally private friend servers (where you generally would use iron chests, which are much larger, just not protected)
