Bump for 1.1 updates. Also could a mod sticky this server? It's a very good server.

Uploaded a new client, switched out advanced machines for solar arrays, and updated everything for Industrial-Craft 1.71.

Updated the op with a more clean-looking interface, and went back to the normal .rar for the client.
