NO errors just i cant see crops other players place and they cant see mine

And you'll end up not seeing your own if you unload the chunk, or log out and in.
Known bug for SMP, and if I remember Al's last update was that it would take awhile to fix.

Bukkit is not our jurisdiction. ALWAYS test with vanilla first.
Also, already up for the next hotfix
