Its been sorta discontinued due to Electrical Wrench new "Lossless" Mode, where it will have a 100% chance of not breaking your machine but uses like 10k eu per use. (This is in 1.64)

The only bugged thing that i know off its the wrench not receiving energy from Batpacks/Lappacks when using the lossless mode.
