Have OC power changes been documented on the wiki?

    I was about to write a small addition to the OC article to give some guidelines on OC usage but I read that 1.70 changes the rules a little. I can't tell from the edit dates if those are the new numbers.

    OK, I've revised the OC wiki page with a kind of how-to. I'm pretty sure all the info I've put up is valid but I'd appreciate a critique.
